Ted Meissner, a staff of the Center for Mindfulness(CFM) in Massachusetts, also runs a podcast website, PresentMomentMindfulness.com which features interviews with all sorts of folks -- researchers, authors, leaders and everyday practitioners of mindfulness. We here on Mindfulvets.net first came to know Ted when he replied from the CFM's website during a conversation there about 'McMindfulness' and the present state of mindfulness research and the media. One thing led to another and Ted asked to interview us to help spread the word about veterans using MBSR/mindfulness.
