Science of Meditation: Free Online Summit, October 19-23, 2016, 8:00PM Eastern.
Much like last fall's(2015) Mindfulness Summit hosted by Mrs Mindfulness of Australia[/b], this is also a free online event but focuses on the latest science behind meditation and applications to meditation based on the recent findings. Speakers are some of the leading thought leaders in the field of neuroscience and contemplation(meditation). It will feature insights from cutting-edge scientific research on meditation, lessons on the practice of meditation, and practical tools to bring the practice and principles of meditation into your daily life. I will be attempting to save this for those who cannot listen to it and will inform members. Each session starts at 8:00PM Eastern Time. Please see the schedule below, from their website:
