I came across this site today. I didn't explore it deeply, but I really like the way it is tailored to a particular population (ie, incarcerated felons).
Now, I'm not saying we Vets belong in the same category
, but I like the way the meditation has been used to help a particular set of people. I'm sort of envisioning something along these lines for us military veterans, a group with their own special needs, concerns and experiences. Just here as an FYI, check out PrisonSangha.org.
Again, anyone else has any thoughts on this -- or anything on the forum -- would love to hear them.
