UMass is the birthplace of the MBSR course that we took at the Wilmington VA. They have a substantial website and a virtual mindfulness community recently started up, with discussions and resources etc. While much of it is aimed at MBSR teacher training etc, it's a valuable resource for those interested in applications of mindfulness to our daily lives.
So definitely check out their forum (they call it 'community'): at community.cfmhome.org/c/living-room You would need to register to participate in the community but the whole website is a great resource for things mindful.
