As you probably know, Thich Nhat Hanh, the man whose work was inspirational in influencing John Kabat-Zinn (the creator of the MSBR like we had here at the VA), had a very serious stroke months ago. Today I received a mailing from Parallax press, which handles alot of his stuff, with a beautiful graphic of the first thing he said when, finally- after months of recovery- spoke his first words:
