We are pleased to introduce a great podcast resource from Ted Meissner, a staff at the Center for Mindfulness(CFM) at University of Massachusetts, PresentMomentMindfulness.com.
The focus of this podcast is mindfulness practice and science. Ted is one of the co-author researchers of the 'Mind the Hype' academic journal which we've discussed elsewhere on this site. We appreciate his reaching out to us at mindfulvets.net and are happy to make folks aware of his excellent on-going podcasts featuring various experts in the field.
