Just came across a 58 page document which is part of an online curriculum from Harvard University. I'm not sure if this is the totality but it is part of an undergraduate Psychology course, Mindfulness as Therapy: The Science Behind the Practicee , Julian Volkman 2014. Course # PYCH E1069 .
I haven't read it but skimmed it and it seems very interesting, including images of the brain scans etc. Once I finish it I'll review it here but thought some of you might be interested in adding it to your mindfulness libraries. The file is a PDF document file so you can download it and even print it out if you wish.
If anyone reads it before I do, please let me know and/or post your thoughts on it here.
