Since last night I've been humming the Bob Dylan 60s classic, Times They are a Changin'. What's going on sure reminds me of the Sixties. So, applying our mindfulness practice in such times is going to be a challenge. Here are some valuable pieces of advice for all sides, from Tricycle Magazine (click here).
