Just got this and not sure how long it will be available for free online. The man doing this is a key leader in the research around brain science and meditation. I am very fond of his work and reviewed some of his earlier writing elsewhere on this site. Richard Davidson has been conducting neuroscientific (brain) research on meditators for almost 30 years. He founded and runs the Center for Healthy Minds at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is one of the top thought leaders of the so-called 'Mindfulness Movement". His focus has become on happiness and well-being. His style is personable, simple and clear. Also, He has collaborated with the Dalai Lama and others studying the science of contemplation and themes around happiness.
