I think it was Ray who sent this to me. Thanks Ray. This is from Psychology Today and cites the studies done with PTSD Vets who used mindfulness techniques (the kind we learned in the VA's MBSR course in Wilmington, Del.) Pay attention to the term "Default Mode Network(DMN), most interesting and with ramifications for us in daily life. Here again, more scientific proof that mindfulness helps vets.
