Mindful magazine ( mindful.org) has an article written by Zindel Segal, one of the founders of MBCT (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy), a therapeutic approach based on MBSR --which we have here at Wilmington Del. VA. There is a brief article which talks about how, when creating the MBCT they felt a need for something short which people could use in the flow of daily life. This is what they came up with.
